A MNC retailer explores Vivatech to meet the leaders of the food transition

Challenges

The MNC retailer wants to become the world leader in the food transition, as part of its strategic plan. The company needs to onboard and commit its leaders to this new vision, and wanted to take the opportunity of Vivatech, the largest gathering of innovators in Paris, to expose its Heads of Transformation team and Finance Directors to 4 pillars of the food transition.

Methodology

To answer these challenges, we helped their team to select and organize visits of 4 startups booths and one large group exhibiting at the Vivatech show.
